Payment conditions

AXTRA will only except orders  in writing. (Proforma-Purchase order)

All prices are net prices, VAT is not included.

For all orders 50% prepayment is required to commence production as stated on Proforma/Purchase order,  and the balance of 50%  final payment is required via bank transfer when order is complete, pre shipment.

AXTRA reserves the right to state 100% prepayment for special, custom orders.

All deposits are non-refundable, all products remain AXTRA property, until balance paid in full. AXTRA reserves the rights to resale all unpaid products, to recover expenses.
